B: I want the in-battle regeneration rate to be increased to 75% out of its usual regeneration speed. A: I want to keep the delay after losing Magicka that prevents magicka from regenerating. This is a slightly more complex intent with multiple steps involved: Thankfully, in this particular case, it doesn't matter to me whether or not this affects enemy NPCs or not.ģ: Rebalancing Magicka. Again, the intent is simple: I want to increase the multipliers present for unarmored characters casting armor spells, and make said spells last for far longer. PCs' Destruction magic needs to be made stronger, not NPCs'.Ģ: Rebalancing Mage Armor. HOWEVER, the catch is that I want these changes to only affect the player character's spells and not the NPCs' spells (which already scale). My intent is simple: Make all destruction spells 2x as strong by default, and lower the cost of dualcast/overcharging them to be reasonable. I was wondering if anybody could tell me what I might need to do to fix/change these things.ġ: Rebalancing Destruction Magic.
